A Syrian journalist, producer, and writer, who earned a Bachelor of Laws from Damascus University. She began her career in 1982 as an editor for the Ministry of Information. She assumed various posts at Al-Thawra newspaper, including editor-in-chief of cultural, service and sports affairs from 2004 to 2005. She also worked as the director of Syrian Television, and served as a member of the jury committees of a number of Arab and international cultural film festivals. Some of her credits include Honour (2022), Lovers' Autumn (2021), and Ayash (2005). |
