Toqa Hesham |
An American writer, born in Columbus, Ohio, but his family later moved to Sunbury, Ohio. He studied at Ohio State University, Antioch University Los Angeles, and the Institute for Advanced Theater Training at Harvard University. His work spans television, film, plays, stories and novels. He was the executive producer of the DreamWorks Animation's television show Dinotrux. He and David Kidd wrote the second, third, and fourth seasons of Marvel Super Hero Adventures, including Head over Heels, Yours, Mine, Ours, and Ferdinand, and while in New York City. As Ron and Kidd began writing together, they moved to Los Angeles, where they worked as the staff writers on Tom Selleck's sitcom "The Closer" for CBS. In 1998, they were nominated, along with composer Ed Alton, for an Emmy Award for Outstanding Music and Lyrics for the song "You Don't Know Jack".
