Add/Update Information: Amin Shanar - Writer

Amin Shanar was a Palestinian writer, born in Al-Bireh in 1934. He published the "El'ufuq Aljadid" magazine for Al-Manar House in Jerusalem in 1961 and he was the deputy mayor of Al-Bireh. He wrote daily columns in El Dostor Newspaper. He also wrote series, plays, and radio programmes such as Damascus Gate, Glimpses, and Sheikh Hammad Village. He worked as a teacher in El Aqsa Schools until he retired. He passed away on September 18, 2005 in Amman.
