In 1972, he passed with overwhelming success the TV directing course at the Radio and Television Training Institute and then worked in the cultural department in Iraq TV as director of cultural drama. Then as a director of many historical and social series. His work: Ashes of the Past, The Dream and Diary of Abu Rizki. Many of his works won important prizes in Arab festivals, including “Al-Himma” and “Al-Asma’i”. He passed away from 72 years after a struggle with illness in 2016.
