He is an American actor, producer, and director, born in New York on March 1, 1956. He studied at Putney School, where he began studying acting. He received his Bachelor's degree in Dramatic Arts at Bennington College in 1979 and returned to New York to continue studying acting and singing. He's known for his television roles, he also appeared in the films A Rising Tide (2015) and Submerged (2016).
