An American actress, born in Washington, D.C., USA, to a father who worked for the CIA, while her mother worked as a teacher. Blair graduated from Madeira School in McLean, Virginia. She joined the National Theatre School of Canada and obtained a position as a participating actor at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival. Her credits include The Astronaut’s Wife (1999) and Space Cowboys (2000).
