Shaimaa Saied |
An American screenwriter, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. He spent his high school years at Stonyhurst College in Lancashire, England. He studied with director Charles Sturridge and actor Edward Duke during his studies before studying theater at the University of Connecticut. He received a fellowship to do graduate studies in playwriting at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He continued his work in theater after he returned to New York. He taught screenwriting in a graduate class at the University of Southern California. His credits include Paternity (1981), Three Men and a Little Lady (1990) and Music from Another Room (1998).
