A Canadian-American actor born on December 3, 1968 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Canadian parents. He attended a private boarding school in Toronto, and graduated from Seattle's Cornish College of the Arts in 1990. He had his first leading film role in the comedy Encino Man (1992). He starred in numerous films, including The Mummy trilogy (1999–2008), George of the Jungle (1997), and Journey to the Center of the Earth (2008).

Brendan James Fraser is a Canadian-American stage and screen actor who was born on the 3rd of December, 1968 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Fraser’s first film appearance was a cameo role in a 1998 reenactment of “America’s Most Wanted” (1988). His first lead role came in 1992 when he starred in “Encino Man” (1992). Later that year Fraser starred alongside Chris O’ Donnel, Matt Damon and Ben Affleck in “School Ties”. Since then Fraser has become a widely recognized Hollywood figure and has participated in many productions including 2004’s “Crash”, “Blast from the Past” and “Journey to the Center of the Earth” among many others. Fraser is married to fellow actress Afton Smith. He is fluent in French and serves on the Board of Directors for the not-for-profit humanitarian organization FilmAid International.
