A Syrian film director who studied cinema in Athens. Since then, he has worked at the National Film Organization in Damascus, as he was an assistant to Abdel Latif Abdel Hamid in his films Out of Coverage (2007), Days of Boredom (2008), and The Lover (2011). He also worked as an assistant to his colleague Joud Saeed in his films Once Again (2009) and My Last Friend (2012). He wrote and directed the short film Tell Me, Bird (2008), which won an award at the Damascus International Film Festival in the same year. |
