He appeared in the mid-eighties and became known for such works as Hysteria, starring Tamara Mahmoud and directed by Jamal Abd Jasim. He left Iraq in 1999, and his last theatrical...Read more role was in a play titled The Cloak, which he directed himself and co-starred with Alaa Hussein. It was shown at the Jordanian Jerash Festival. Among his TV work is the series Crossing to the River.
