An Iraqi actor, who obtained a master’s degree in theater from the College of Fine Arts in Baghdad. He appeared in the mid-eighties and became known for such works as Hysteria, starring Tamara Mahmoud and directed by Jamal Abd Jasim. He left Iraq in 1999, and his last theatrical role was in a play titled The Cloak, which he directed himself and co-starred with Alaa Hussein. It was shown at the Jordanian Jerash Festival. Among his TV work is the series Crossing to the River.
