Falah Zaki was born in 1953 in Anbar Governorate. After finishing middle school in Baghdad, he decided to enroll in the Film Department at the Institute of Fine Arts. He joined Voice of the Masses Radio as an assistant director, and in 1973 he joined Radio Baghdad, and from there...Read more he launched his directing career. He directed several radio and television programs, songs for famous Iraqi singers, and had many cinematic experiences. His notable works include The Passenger (1993), Ambassador Nazem Al-Ghazali (1995), and Where Are You Bridge? (1980). He has received many awards and certificates of appreciation from Arab festivals such as the appreciation Award for Best Directing for the series "The Houses of Our People" at the Cairo Film Festival.
