Michael Fassbender was born on April 2, 1977, in Heidelberg, Germany. Fassbender studied drama at the London Drama Centre. He started his career in 2001 when he participated in the two TV series Hearts and Bones and Band of Brothers. He later starred in many television series, until 2006 when he landed a role in his first movie 300. Later in 2007, Fassbender participated in the romantic movie Angel. In 2008, he starred in the horror movie Eden Lake with Kelly Reilly. In 2011, he participated in X-Men: First Class. Fassbender received many awards, including the Best Actor Award for his role in Hunger at the Chicago International Film Festival in 2008. |
