However, a tragic accident in 1993 left him with incomplete quadriplegia. However, he went on to graduate from The Georgia Institute of Technology and become a 2-time quadriplegic rugby champion. His appeared in Murderball (2005), Z: A Zombie Musical (2007), and Disconnect (2012). He also produced the film Monogamy (2010).
