An American actor, born in New Jersey in 1932. He studied drama at Rutgers University and Franklin and Marshall College. He served in the US Air Force and began his career through CBS drama series and turned to the cinema to present dozens of movies. He is known for The French Connection, Jaws, Marathon Man, and All That Jazz. He passed away in 2008 at the age of 75.
