Andy Wachowski is an American director, writer and producer. He teamed up with his older brother Larry (now Lana) Wachowski and together they started working on films. Their first script that made it into a feature film was the 1995 “Assasins.” They then followed with their directorial debut “Bound” in 1996. With the critical success of Bound, the Wachowskis went on to make their breakthrough smash hit “The Matrix” in 1999, after which they went on to produce two successful sequels: The Matrix Reloaded and the Matrix Revolutions in 2003. The Wachowskis other projects include the cult hit “V for Vendetta” (2005), “Speed Racer” (2008) and the surreal epic “Cloud Atlas” (2012). In 2014 the Wachowskis wrote, directed and produced the science fiction film “Jupiter Ascending,” starring Mila Kunis and Channing Tatum.
