A Moroccan singer and actress, born in 1958 in the city of Youssoufia. At the age of ten, she moved to live in Casablanca, specifically in Derb Sultan, where she became fascinated with the songs of Umm Kulthum, and Naima Samih, who was at the beginning of her career. She entered the world of singing in 1978, and despite the strength and sweetness of her voice, she was not lucky to achieve the fame enjoyed by artists of her generation. She also turned to acting. Some of her credits include The Cooperative (2020), Mabrouk's Day (2019) and The Pilgrims (2017).
