Indian model and actress, who was born on May 1, 1988 to a military family in Bangalore, but her parents are from Uttarakhand. Anushka's father is colonel Ajay Kumar Sharma, an army officer, and her mother is Ashima Sharma - a housewife. She studied at the Army School and studied Arts in Bangalore. She moved to Mumbai to continue her modeling career. She started modeling shows during India Fashion Week, was chosen as a model for the summer collection Roderks. Since then, she became the face of a number of campaigns for fashion and jewelry shows.
