Biography
An Egyptian director and actress who grew up in an artistic family as her grandmother was the singer Sharzade, her grandfather was the cinematographer Abdel Moneim Bahnesi, and her father was the organist Yousry Ramzi. Her first work was Another Passion (2006) which she wrote,...Read more directed, and acted in while she was a student at the Institute of Cinema. It was shown at the El Sawy Culturewheel Film Festival, and it won the Jury Prize. It was also shown at a festival in France and at the Goethe Institute. Her film Settou Zad, My First Passion, a documentary that tells the story of her grandmother and how she was influenced by her, participated in the Dubai Film Festival. Heba co-starred in Villa 69 (2013).
