Beeban Kidron is a British filmmaker, producer and director, born on May 2, 1961 in North London, England. She established a charitable-educational foundation called Filmclub. It has become one of the largest after-school activity clubs in the UK, attracting over 150,000 children and young people every week to improve social behaviour, cultural awareness, discuss and meet the work of professional filmmakers. She married writer Lee Hall. Kidron is best known for Cinderella (2000), and InRealLife (2013).
