A writer and former Iraqi military officer in the ranks of the Special Forces. He's famous for the great similarity between him and Uday Saddam Hussein, the son of the former Iraqi president. Latif grew up in Baghdad, and studied in the same private school where Uday studied. It was said that Uday forced him to be his body double. According to his account, he survived eleven assassination attempts and was wounded nine times in attempts to assassinate Uday. Latif wrote his autobiography in a book called "The Black Hole", while his book "The Devil's Double" was adapted into the 2011 movie of the same name.
