Salma El-Sharkawy |
An American writer and producer, born on December 12, 1977, in Red Bank, New Jersey, USA. He played the trombone and was a drum major in the school's marching band at Middletown High School South. He studied finance at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School with the writer and director Jon Hurwitz. During his studies, he worked as editor-in-chief of 34th Street magazine. He joined Hurwitz and Schlossberg in Los Angeles, where he worked as a screenwriter after being laid off from a position in finance during the Dot-com bust in 2001. He is known for Cobra Kai (2018-2022) and Hot Tub Time Machine (2010).
