Swedish actress and writer, born on 8 March 1920 in Saltsjö-Duvnäs near Stockholm. She entered the Royal Academy of Dramatic Training in 1941 and began her career in the early 1940s. Her most important works include The Counterfeit Traitor (1962), Smiles of a Summer Night (1955), Kärlekens decimaler (1960), All These Women (1964) and The Creatures (1966). She died on 8 February 2008 in Stockholm, Sweden.
