Simon Rumley is a British author, producer and director, born in 1970 in England. He won Best Film and Best Director awards at the world's leading festivals such as: Stiges - Catalonian International Film Festival, Fantasia Film Festival, Fright-Fest as well as at smaller festivals such as Boston Underground Film Festival.
