An Iranian film actor, born in 1957 in Tehran, Iran. In 1983, he graduated from the College of Fine Arts, University of Tehran, Directing and Acting Department. He launched his artistic career as a theater actor in 1969 and worked in the field of theater directing. He directed more than 22 plays. He received many awards and nominations from international film festivals inside and outside Iran, including a nomination for Best Actor in a Supporting Role for Telesm (1987) at the Fajr Film Festival. His works include The Spell (1987) and Revelation in A Silent Party (2009). |
