A Russian film director, born August 31, 1951 in Leningrad. The son of the famous film director Yefim Uchitel. He graduated in 1975 from VGIK (All-Russian University of Cinematography). He worked as a photographer and documentary filmmaker at the Leningrad Documentary Film Studio. He is the president and CEO of Rock Films in 1995. He produced his movie Maniya Zhizeli. His most important works are: Dnevnik ego zheny in 2000, Progulka in 2003, Plennyy in 2008, and The Edge in 2010. |
