American film director, animator, and writer, born on the 17th of November 1944 in Oakland, USA. He received his Associate of Arts degree in 1969 from Cabrillo College, and graduated in 1971 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in drawing and art history from the University of Hawaii. His career in animation began when he joined Walt Disney Productions in 1972. He collaborated with Don Bluth in films such as All Dogs Go to Heaven and Anastasia. |
