A Lebanese novelist and journalist, born on March 5, 1955 in the town of Aakkar. He moved to Beirut, where he joined the Lebanese University to study Arabic literature and theater and graduated in 1981. He worked in a number of newspapers including: As-Safir, An-Nahar, Al-Hayat and Zahrat Al Khaleej magazine. He was also among the founders of Voice of the People and worked as a coordinator and director of its programs for many years. He has written, prepared, directed, and presented dozens of dramatic, cultural and political programs, including: the drama series Things Do Not Die, Beirut 82, and the political commentary “My Country is Your Sky”.
