Toqa Hesham |
An American actress, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, on June 29, 1916. She studied at Kansas High School, then joined Kansas City University to graduate as a school teacher, and there she won an essay-writing competition which caused her to move to New York, where she became interested in acting and trained in New York theaters in 1933. Among her most important works are Citizen Kane (1941), Song of the South (1946), and Guiding Light (1952). She died on January 15, 2005 due to severe pneumonia.
