Shaimaa Saied |
An Australian actor, born in Sydney, Australia. He studied at Sydney Technical High School, then worked as an engineering apprentice in a factory, then worked with the Royal Australian Engineers in the Australian Army during World War II. He studied acting and appeared for the first time on stage in 1944. He moved to Britain and played various roles on stage. His credits include Our Mutual Friend (1976), The Blue Lagoon (1980) and The French Lieutenant's Woman (1981). He died on July 23, 2002 in Bath, Somerset, United Kingdom following a long illness.
