An Egyptian artist who was born in 1976. He began his artistic career as an actor in 2001, working in theater, small screen, and then cinema. He worked as an actor, assistant director, photographer and editor as well. He participated in a prominent group of films, until he studied cinema and obtained a professional certificate in film and television arts from the French University in cooperation with the Syndicate of Cinematographers in 2011. He then went on to penetrate the field of film directing and directed many short fiction and documentary films, by which he participated in several international festivals, including the Rotterdam International Film Festival and the Alexandria International Film Festival 2012. |
