A South Korean actor and singer, born in Seoul, South Korea. He attended the Korea National University of Arts to study drama before making his entertainment debut in a talent show in 1992. He began his acting career by appearing in Icing (1996), The Medical Brothers (1997), and Iljimae (1993). His first film was Repechage (1997). He won the Best Supporting Actor Award at the 2001 APFF Awards for the film Friend (2001) and the Most Popular Actor Award from the Baek Sang Art Award for his role in the series The Medical Brothers (1997). |
