An American actor, born on April 4, 1932, in New York. He attended Rollings College then transferred to Columbia University. He made his film debut in The Actress (1953). His most notable works include Psycho (1960) as well as its two sequels (1983, 1986), and Murder on the Orient Express (1974). He was nominated for an Academy Award for his role in Friendly Persuasion (1956). He died on September 12, 1992, in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, US. |
