An Egyptian set designer and art director, born in Cairo. He obtained both a Bachelor’s degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Scenic Architecture from the Higher Institute of Cinema. He is an active member of the Syndicate of Cinema Professions, Set Design Division. He worked as a cinematographer for a number of cinematic, television and commercial works, and won many local and international awards. Among his TV credits are Threads of the Hosts, Morra's Story, and Eyewitness.
