Romanian actor born in Bacău, Romania. Between 1941 and 1945, he studied violin at the Academy of Music and Dramatic Art of Iași. During his studies, he appeared as an actor in the play "Ten Millionaires" at the Theater of Action and Light, a theater that was a branch of the Victor Ion Popa Theater. His most important works include Silent Friends (1969), Asteptarea (1971), Despre o anumita fericire (1973), and The Punishment (1976). He also appeared in the Egyptian film Amrica Shika Bika (1993). He died on October 19, 2006, in Brucharest, Romania.
