Tom Mison is a British actor and writer. He was born in 1982 in England and graduated from the Webber-Douglas Academy. On the stage, he's played in 2009's "When the Rain Stops Falling" at the Almeida Theatre and Laura Wade's "Posh" at the Royal Court Theatre in 2010. Mison got his start on British television programs playing period characters like Mr. Bingley in "Lost in Austen" (2008). He and his Webber-Douglas classmate Rupert Friend co-wrote the dark and artsy short "The Continuing and Lamentable Saga of the Suicide Brothers," in which they co-starred in the two lead roles. Friend and Mison also worked on another short in 2010, "Steve," which stars Mison as well as Colin Firth and Keira Knightley. Mison's star is certainly on the rise, with roles in "One Day" (2011) opposite Anne Hathaway and "Salmon Fishing in the Yemen" (2011) with Ewan McGregor and Emily Blunt.
