He began with small television roles in the seventies of the twentieth century and the beginning of the eighties of the same century, and became famous for the role of Moses Hightower in the series Police Academy, which was turned into a film series. He died on August 3, 2011, in Baldwin Hills, Los Angeles, California, USA.
