An Egyptian poet and director, born in Dakahlia in 1946. Both his father and his older brother, the well-known poet Sayed Hijab, helped him to write poetry. Despite his writing poetry and songs for adults, writing for children has the lion's share of his interests. He has worked in the field of television programs and series, as well as children's theater. He also studied directing at the High Cinema Institute and practiced it.
