An Egyptian writer, was born on August 21, 1938 in Cairo. He received his primary education at the Primary Scientific Institute School and his secondary education at Ali Pasha Mubarak School. He joined the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts, Department of Drama. He obtained a doctorate degree in theater sciences in 1975. He moved in a number of positions and was delegated in 1978 as dean of the Institute for Art Criticism, then undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture. He was also the head of the Center for the Child’s Wrap, from his efforts to establish the agreement with Sayyida Zainab and to supervise the translation of one hundred children’s books. Among his works is the play Sultan's Game.
