An Egyptian Singer who was born in Alexandria on 7/3/1937. He was one of the first singers who enriched Alexandria radio with their distinguished works. He moved to Syria to settle there and began to continue his singing career there, where he was met with remarkable success. He married a Syrian lady and had four kids with her. In his last years, he suffered from illness that prevented him from resuming his career. He sang in the film Blood on the Nile (1961).
