Toqa Hesham |
An American actress, born July 5, 1936 in Goessel, Kansas. During her career, she appeared in more than 50 feature films, and played several television and film roles. She attended Phillips University, and Wichita State University, and received her PhD in Fine Arts from Lake Forest College. She began studying to be an opera singer at the age of eleven. After studying at the Pasadena Theater School, she debuted her film career in 1959. She studied acting with Jeff Corrie and Lee Strasberg, and has acted in many films, including As Good as It Gets (1997), and Our Idiot Brother (2011). H received a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series. |
