A Kuwaiti former Governor of the Capital Governorate in Kuwait, born as Sheikh Ali Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. He is one of the sons of the thirteenth Emir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, from his wife, Moudi Barjas Abdullah Al-Sour. He worked as a governor for several governorates in Kuwait, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Department of Sociology at Cairo University.
He began his career in the Ministry of Interior when he was appointed as a controller of the Revenue and Treasury Department, then he was promoted to several positions in the ministry until he became the Acting Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Financial Affairs. He wrote the lyrics for some works such as the series My Life (2003).
