A Mexican director and actress, born in Mexico City. At the age of 19, she left ballet and began studying theater. She began her film career in 2001, appearing in several works such as Tigres (2020), El edén (2004), Border Run (2012), and The Girl (2012). Her film Ramona won the Ariel Award for Best Short Narrative Film, and she won the Best Actress Award at the Los Angeles Film Festival for her role in Salvation U.S.A. in 2013.
