A Kuwaiti lyricist, born in Al Mirqab in 1929. He married and had nine children. At the beginning of his career, he held the position of deputy head of the Music Department at Kuwait Radio and was appointed head of the Department in 1967. He wrote his first poem in 1946, and the first lyrics he wrote was for a song titled "Sallemooly Alli Yestaheq El Salama," which was recorded in 1965. He is known for lyrical texts “Esaaleeny An Gharamy". He wrote 250 songs including romantic, patriotic, religious, and descriptive songs that are still being broadcast on radio and television. He died on July 18, 1975 at the age of 46 after enriching the kuwaiti lyrical library with original works.
