An American producer, writer, and actress, born on June 22, 1962, in New York, USA. She is the sister of director Spike Lee. She attended Saint Ann's School, where her mother was the school's first African-American teacher. Lee also attended Sarah Lawrence College in New York. Her works include She's Gotta Have It (1986) and Crooklyn (2019).
