A Turkish-born Armenian actor, born on June 2, 1943, in Diyarbakir. He moved to London to study acting and began his career in 1968 in several productions, such as The Portrait of a Lady. His most notable work includes Midnight Express, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Flight of the Phoenix, and Exodus: Gods and Kings.
