In early 2007, he passed an audition from director Tom Hooper, along with his participation in the local movie Bolden. In 2007, he got his first leading role in Mandie and the Secret Tunnel, and then the other two films of the same series Mandie. In the spring of 2013, William graduated from the University of Southern California after studying cinema.
