A Brazilian-American actress, born in Panama in 1980, and left for London with her family when she was two months old, living there for six years, then they went to her mother's hometown in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and then moved to Manhattan in New York City, USA, where she continued to study until she received her bachelor's degree from Yale University in Connecticut. Jordana Brewster started her career through television, having worked in the series All My Children and As the World Turns. She made her film debut in director Robert Rodriguez's The Faculty (1998), but the biggest shift in her career came through her participation in the films The Fast and the Furious as well as The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning. Jordana Brewster has returned to television again since 2012 to participate in the reboot of the popular series Dallas, which aired originally from the 1970s to the 1990s.
