His notable films include In Old Arizona (1928), for which he won an Oscar for Best Actor in a Leading Role in 1930 at the 2nd Academy Awards, in addition to 42nd Street (1933), and Penthouse (1933). He died on May 7, 1951, in Beverly Hills, California, USA. |
