An American actor born in Tampa, Florida, on March 19, 1906. Roy Roberts began his artistic career in the Broadway theater in 1931, and entered the world of cinema through the Fox company when he participated in the short comedy Gold Bricks (1936) and after a while he made his first feature film Guadalcanal Diary (1943). He is famous for hies roles in It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World (1963), and Roy are Chinatown (1974). He died in Los Angeles, California, USA, on May 28, 1975, of a heart attack.
